Is junk removal free?
No. Junk removal is a paid service that covers labor, loading, hauling, and proper disposal or recycling. Pricing includes lifting items, loading them into the trailer, and transporting them to approved waste or recycling facilities. You get one upfront price and don’t have to handle anything yourself.
How do i know you will do a good job?

How do you charge for junk removal?
Junk removal pricing is based on how much space your items take up, the type of material, and the labor involved. Most customers receive an upfront quote before work begins.
What payment methods do you accept?
We prefer electronic payment, but we also take cash. Taxes are based on the address where we do work and is in addition to our per trailer price. If you want to write a check, then we will do an E-check. We have electronic readers that use the internet for you to pay on-site. We also can invoice for some commercial and residential customers.
What areas do you serve for junk removal?
I Serve all of Pierce County - including tacoma, Puyallup, Lakewood, university place, and surrounding counties, such as King & Thurston. If you’re nearby, Just ask alex!
What items can you haul away?
We haul furniture, appliances, mattresses, yard waste, construction debris, electronics, and general household junk. If you’re unsure about an item, you can text a photo and we’ll confirm whether we can take it.
What about chemicals, oil, paint, concrete etc?
Of course! just let us know how much and what type. Some restrictions will apply depending on the circumstances and materials.
How fast can you schedule a pickup?
Most junk removal jobs can be scheduled within 24–72 hours, and same-day or next-day service is often available in Tacoma, Puyallup, and Pierce County, depending on availability.
How quickly can you remove junk before a home sale?
We regularly help prepare homes for sale by removing junk quickly, often within 24–72 hours. We work with homeowners and real estate agents to meet listing deadlines and provide a clean, show-ready property.
Do you work with real estate agents and property managers?
Yes. We work with real estate agents, property managers, and HOA’s for move-outs, clean-outs, and make-ready services. We provide clear communication, photo documentation, and reliable scheduling.
Do I need to be home during junk removal?
Not always. As long as we have clear access to the items and instructions, many jobs can be completed without the homeowner being present. We can confirm pricing, complete the work, and provide photos once the job is finished.
Do you recycle or donate items you remove?
Yes. Whenever possible, we sort items for donation or recycling according to local Pierce County guidelines. Usable items are donated when appropriate, and remaining materials are taken to approved recycling or disposal facilities to keep waste out of landfills whenever we can.
What items can’t you take?
Some hazardous materials have restrictions, including certain chemicals, fuels, and industrial waste. If you’re unsure about an item, text us a photo and we’ll let you know what’s allowed and help you find the best solution.
